Hey beauties! 💖 To help keep things running smooth and fair at Ashly’s Hair and Nails, I’ve made a few updates to my salon suite policies. Please take a moment to read — this protects your time and mine 💕🖤
🧸 Guests & Children
Due to the limited space in my private suite, I kindly ask that no guests or children be brought to appointments unless discussed in advance. I want your visit to feel calm, focused, and just for YOU. 💆♀️✨
📆 Cancellations & No-Shows
I know life gets wild — but last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact small businesses in a big way.
• Less than 24 hrs’ notice = 50% charge of scheduled services
• No-shows = 75% charge
• Late cancel/no-show with a promo = fees based on regular pricing
⚠️ If you cancel late more than twice, you’ll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before any future bookings.
💰 Deposit Policy
• Some services require a deposit due to the time and product involved (you’ll be notified if this applies).
• These deposits go toward your total, but they are NON-REFUNDABLE. PERIOD.
• Once requested, you’ll have 48 hours to submit the deposit or the appointment will be released.
💅 Nail Repair Policy
• Break or lift within 24 hours? I got you — repair is FREE.
• After 24 hours: $4 per nail or 15% off a new set.
