Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Ashly’s Hair and Nails
At Ashly’s Hair and Nails, I understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full price of the scheduled services. This fee must be paid before rescheduling and is not considered a deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 75% of the full price of the scheduled services.
Please note: If your appointment included any discounts or promotional pricing, those offers will be void in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. The applicable fee will be based on the regular, non-discounted prices.
I truly understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If that happens, please don’t hesitate to call me—we can discuss the situation, and I may waive or adjust the fee when appropriate.
